Article 5 (Public Procedure of Posted Product)

Product information that has been posting by the User that has been translated into Japanese after reviewing the contents by InterJet, then it will be published in the viewable Website.

Article 6 (Consignment Terms)

Products that the User consented the consignment sale in Japan to InterJet through this web site, InterJet prohibit that the User sell to other companies in Japan without prior notice to InterJet.

Article 7 (Injunctive Relief; Damage)

The User recognizes that provision of misrepresent product information in violation of this Agreement may cause InterJet irreparable damage, and InterJet shall have the right to claim equitable and injunctive relief to prevent any unauthorized use or disclosure, and to claim any and all damages (including attorneys' fees) incurred or suffered by InterJet as a result of User's breach of this Agreement.

Article 8 (Governing Law & Arbitration)

8.1 Governing Law. The validity, construction and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.

8.2 Arbitration. Any and all disputes between InterJet and User in respect of this Agreement or the Website shall be submitted for resolution by arbitration in Osaka, Japan, pursuant to the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on all parties.

Article 1 (Application of Terms & Conditions of Use)

These Terms & Conditions set forth the requirements to be observed by the User when using the Website operated by InterJet Inc. ("InterJet").

Article 2 (Issuance and Use of ID and Password)
